What’s a time sheet?

A timesheet is a signed piece of paper which states your name, location of shift and your dates and hours worked. This needs to be signed by a manager/supervisor at the end of each shift. We are unable to process payment unless we receive a timesheet from you.

I finished working for Rise Events. I am due two weeks work in hand i

Rise Events paydays run from Monday – Sunday and are paid 2 weeks after on the Friday of that week.

I worked some shifts last week, When will I get paid?

Rise Event Paydays run from Monday – Sunday and are paid 2 weeks after on the Friday of that week.

This means you will be paid for your first week of work, 2 weeks after on the Friday of that week. Your second week of work, the following Friday and so on

I have not been paid correct

There can be many different reasons your pay is less, the main reason could be due to Tax and National insurance deductions.
The best way to check if any deductions have been made is by checking your payslips on your email

If you believe you have been paid incorrectly, you can send an email
in full detail of where you believe you are missing pay. For example, Shift location, Dates worked, Hours worked and the hours you have been paid for.

If you don’t have a timesheet, we can always open a query with the client. This sometimes takes a couple of weeks to be resolved, so please bear with us whilst we work on having your hours confirmed.

What’s the difference between a P45 & a P60. How do I get one?

A P45 only includes the tax you've paid in the tax year up to the point you left a job, but

a P60 covers the tax you've paid in the entire tax year. You can request your p45 once you have received your last payment from Rise by sending an email
